6. Training & Certifications

Certification programs are designed for educational purposes and skill development. Completion of a program results in a NetGuardians certification of completion. Participants must adhere to ethical guidelines and are responsible for applying their knowledge lawfully and responsibly.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, NetGuardians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
